I’ve been friends with Phil for some time now since our days living down south. They’ve always been a fun and extremely skilled skater. However, it wasn’t until their win at Blade Cup in 2018, when they used their platform to call out bigotry in the inline industry that I began to notice Phil’s commitment to social justice activism. Phil exemplifies everything I’m looking for in a person to represent the goals and ideals of the company.
