- Buckles are brand new but are discounted to account for pretty minor scratch marks present on most buckles (mostly due to rubbing together during transit to us). Buckles in the photos do have some of the minor scratch marks, but they're hard to see in photos. From a distance nobody would ever see them, but we still felt it warrants a discount.
We do have blue Valo buckles that are even more heavily discounted, due to more severe cosmetic damage.
