Occasionally, we will get a return where the item is unused but we feel like it should be sold at a discount, as it is technically "not new" anymore. If you see a small discount, you can expect the item to be in mint condition as it would have been received had you purchased the item brand new. If you see of larger than retail discount usually we will have a description of the issues. Open box items may not be shipped in the original packaging.
